We are a visual society.  Raised on commercials and headlines, we like information presented in a quick, exciting manner.  PowerPoint easily meets this need.  It is very probable that you will be asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation in another class as part of a project.  Lessons 8 and 9 will help prepare you for that assignment.  Once you learn PowerPoint you will be amazed at how many uses you can find that suit its graphical nature. 

For full credit, this program is due midnight, Oct 18, according to the PJC time stamp on emails.  Computer ISPs vary so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to turn it in.  You will have a "catch up week."  Any PowerPoint  homework turned in during this week will have a 10% penalty.  No PowerPoint homework will be accepted after catch up week.
